Wax Carving

Silver Casting
Step 4The wax model is invested in plaster and burned out. Molten 925 sterling silver is vacuum-cast into the cavity with precision.
Stone Setting
Step 5Our setters use microscopes and precision tools to set each gemstone securely. Every prong is carefully positioned for maximum brilliance.
Polishing & Finishing
Step 6The ring is polished to a brilliant shine using multi-stage processes — from coarse grit to mirror finish — then plated with rhodium.
